This is My December (Evaluation Phase)

  December, what is in it? For me, december is always special no matter what it's year, not just a month of rain and snow. Neither just a closing month of year. In most company (CMIIW), this month is a moment when annual evaluation has been proceed.

  December 2K9. This moment is so special me, first thing first; it's my month of birth. Another special moment is it's also a closing month of 1430 hijri.

Happy new year for all muslim on the earth

  As i said before, this month is a moment of annual evaluation. Let's go back to ourself history, what we've done? what we've not done? how is our target achievement? have we done something good? or we've done something bad? what experience and lesson we've got? what target, adjusment, and plan we should set and execute for next year?

  Yep, this month is full of question. Those all are a thinking check list to lead us to be better and better. At least those can help us to do some good thing systematically in order. One success achievement shouldn't made us to stop improving, because continuous improvement is a must in this crazy world. As a closing month of year, some pray may help with GOD's blesses of what we've done and we plan to do.

  December is also a moment of growth of one unique vegetation. When I was kid, my father always ask me to check the garden. On every december I should check whether the blood lily is bloomy or not (it only blossom in rain season), and how is the growth. I should also split some big enough stem and spread them to other spot. Once it blossom, it will be a beautiful scene in our court. I guess i still have some of it in my mother's yard now. I should see it when I have a chance to go home.
